Tourism body Innovation Norway, London is to appoint an agency to lead its consumer marketing in the UK, worth up to £20m.
The tender will lead to a marketing services agency being appointed, initially for a two-year period, with two possible one year extensions.
Each yeah, Innovation Norway, London carried out a range of consumer marketing activities across the UK in order to raise awareness and knowledge of Norway as a tourism destination and drive visits to its website.
The successful agency will become a strategic advice in relation to the choice of media, as well as the implementation of consumer and trade campaigns in the market, while also recommending, negotiating and purchasing relevant media for campaigns.
The contract value is advertised as being between £16m and £20m with five agencies expected to be involved in the tender process.
