Car marque Infiniti launches European marketing drive

Infiniti, the Japanese luxury car marque, has today launched a new multimedia campaign as it looks to grow its brand in Europe.

The TV ad, created by TBWA\G1 in Paris, breaks in the UK on Saturday and will be shown on ITV1, Channel 4 and Sky channels. It bears the strapline: "Since now, the perfect line is a curve.

As well as the television push, Infiniti has also launched its first Facebook page to complement a range of online activity including a partnership with MSN, an extended presence on the Xbox network

TMW is handling the digital and social activity while OMD International is responsible for media planning and buying.

Marketing director for Europe, Jean-Pierre Diernaz, said: "As well as raising awareness of the Infiniti marque in Europe, this campaign is about building brand familiarity so consumers understand what sets us apart from the competition."
