MCBX appoints Amy Williams as managing partner

Social engagement and branded entertainment agency MCBX has appointed former IPC Solutions Development Manager, Amy Williams, as managing partner.

Williams joined IPC Media in 2007, where she was involved with creating integrated solutions campaigns across the women’s portfolio through the use of press, digital, radio and unique brand events.

MCBX said the hiring marks the company’s evolution into a full-service social engagement and branded entertainment agency, since the company can now promote and deliver campaigns.

Kate Amarnani, managing partner at MCBX, said: “We’re hugely excited by the prospect of Amy joining us and what she brings to MCBX. Originally, competitions were our hook, but we’ve found we’ve been encouraged to deliver so much more.

“Amy’s arrival helps shape what we do, and it’s evident that clients are impressed by her talents and media skill set.”
