Betfred and iTeam launch fantasy football app
Betfred is to partner with Fantasy iTeam for a 12-month deal which will see the launch of a new fantasy football manager app ahead of the new English Premier League.
The app will be made available on Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod devices, with the Android version currently in development.
The game features live scoring, head-to-head challenges, social networking functions and prizes including VIP match day packages and cash.
Mark Pearson, head of marketing for Betfred, commented: “The beauty of this new app is that you can manage your team anywhere now and you can also have a little punt on the football. We are also incorporating social media to encourage banter which is what football is all about.”
