An extra 2 million newspaper readers are looking for a new Sunday newspaper this morning following the disappearance of the News of the World.

Here’s a look at what some of the Sunday titles are doing in an attempt to woo them:

As publisher Trinity Mirror prints an extra 1.75m copies of its title, The Sunday Mirror, which will print an extra 500,000 copies this morning, offers £5 off at Morrisons this morning – alongside two glossy magazines.

The People comes with a free crime pullout and is now £1, will see an increase of 250,000 copies this morning while Scottish title The Sunday Mail will also print another 250,000 copies. A voucher with the Sunday Mail also sees it price cut to 55p.

The Sunday Express has lowered its cover price to £1 – the same as that of the News of the World, while it also comes with vegetable grow bags, Oat So Simple porridge pots and a Thomas and Friends Mega Bloks from Toys R Us.

The Sunday Herald carries a voucher which will see its price fall to 50p.

The Daily Star has launched a new magazine, OK! Extra and is accompanied by an increase print run of 1.2 million.

The Sunday Post includes a free issue of The Dandy while cutting its price to 55p.

The Sunday Telegraph offers a free iPad download this morning.

The Sunday Times offers the film Man on a Wire for download.

Meanwhile, The Independent on Sunday promises 'No Phone Hacking...just good journalism'.
