Biffa tasks Chapter with communications material development

Waste management and recycling group Biffa has tasked Chapter with developing a suite of communications materials to promote the company’s product offer.

The activity will run in print and online with the aim of engaging potential prospects across a diverse range of sectors and highlighting how Biffa is able to add value in each one.

Kristian Dales, head of marketing for Biffa, commented: “Knowledge and a close working partnership were key to Chapter being appointed to handle what is a complex task. They have taken the time to get grips with both our products and the key sectors we operate in. That approach shows in a suite of material that simply drives home how we deliver relevance and added value solutions for an array of waste management needs.”

Mike Rose, managing director of Chapter, said: “Biffa has a strong story to tell. Our role was to help identify the key waste management drivers in each sector, how Biffa can add value and bring the two together creatively and effectively. This is another significant win for the agency and demonstrates once again our approach working across a diversity of sectors and blue chip brands.”
