Sandham joins IPC Media as a operations director

Dave Sandham, commercial operations director for Hearst Digital, has been appointed by IPC Media as its advertising operations director.

His new role will see Sandham play a key role in the digital sales management team at IPC, where he will develop strategies and implement and maintain the company’s standards and service levels.
