citizenM digital marketing helps promote business club concept

Digital marketing activity to highlight the launch of Dutch hotel group citizenM is being developed by Nation1, with the launch of its first business club concept.

The new concept, which is currently being trialled at the chain’s hotel in Glasgow, could be rolled out across its international hotels.

Nation1 has been tasked with working alongside Amsterdam branding agency Kessels Kramer having developed a new content managed website for society, while also delivering training to the in-house management team to enable them to update the site and operate the back end systems.

As well as the website, the agency has provided consultancy services to the citizenM social media team, setting out a strategy across Twitter and Facebook to ensure that it tied in with offline PR and email marketing to aid SEO.
