Cheryl Cole obtains paparazzi injunction
Cheryl Cole, recently unceremoniously ejected from the American edition of X Factor, has obtained an injunction against paparazzi from, from pursuing her for photographs.
The court order reportedly bars press from snapping the singer in any private place, such as her home or properties owned by family as well as those not open to the general public – according to Heat magazine.
Cole is reputedly now shunning the showbusiness industry by retreating from the limelight in order to secure her health, marriage and peace of mind
An unnamed source informed the magazine: “She said that she felt like her whole life had been bugged - she was being watched every minute of the day.
"Everyone had an opinion on what she was doing, and on her relationships. She just felt it had become too much and was getting to her."
