Brilliant Media has changed its digital approach and added an expanded client services team.

Brilliant have added digital account management across the company and are launching a programme to enhance digital business across the company and clients.

The expanded customer services team has been created to deal with this, with digital delivery owned by Richard Ellis and Dan Svikis as joint interactive group heads. Michael Leppan heads up the technical solutions team to ensure optimum efficiency is reached across the digital spectrum, along with bespoke internal and external applications to maximise client’s campaign performance. Pete Young, Elliot Jones and Andrew Crowther will deal with organic, paid search and affiliates respectively.

Chris Broadbent, managing director of Brilliant, said: “After an extensive review with clients we have developed a new model that makes digital media the glue that pulls campaigns together.

“Across all three offices key account directors will still run the client relationships, but this fully integrated approach will deliver better results for clients and enable us to respond more quickly and comprehensively to client needs.”

These developments have come shortly after interactive director Paul Cooper left the company. Broadbent said: “Paul was a proven member of the team over the years, but it is time to change. His departure coincides with our new approach and gives us the opportunity to develop our talented team and our integrated approach.”
