North Lanarkshire Council compiles print and design framework

North Lanarkshire Council has created a framework for print, design and related services.

The multimillion pound framework will see the appointed agencies work on the council’s communications and marketing activities including design and print services, design only services, print only services, display materials, promotional items, multimedia services and signage.

With a total budget of £3,800,000 has been separated into several Lots.

The first lot – Full Design and Print Service – with a budget of £120,000 saw three offers received with Keywest Design, The Dorman Group and Frame appointed to service this area.

Design only service saw the appointments of Tangent Graphic, 999 Design and D8. to the £400,000 budgeted lot, which received four offers during the tender stage.

Print only saw seven offers received with 21 Colour tasked with handling the £2,620,000 contract alongside Ccb, Pandaprint, Spd and Spd Print Solutions.

Lot 4: Provision of Display Products will see Effective Visual Marketing and Leach Colour handle the £200,000 contract following six offers, while the Provision of Promotional Items contract, with a budget of £320,000, has been handed to VPP, Ross Promotional Products and Get Yourself Noticed, following five offers.

Multimedia Services will be provided by Dischromatics, Gt4 and The Learning Centre following three offers, worth £200,000, with the Signage contract being handed to Effective Visual Marketing, Service Graphics, The Sign Factory, with a budget of £120,000 after five offers.
