Nominees announced for T3 Awards

A new category for 2011, Tablet of the Year, recognises the new technology today and the Personality of the Year sees the likes of Lady Gaga and Dr Dre face off against Jamie Oliver, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and former winners Stephen Fry and The Gadget Show’s Suzi Perry. “Apple’s dominance faces a serious challenge, particularly in the smartphone and tablet markets where other big brands have been bringing out better and better products to take on the might of the iPad and the iPhone,” said Kieran Alger, editor of T3.com.
