Last week saw advertising charity NABS run an exhibition and auction of canvas paintings by members of the Scottish Advertising Industry.

Mark Gorman was auctioneer on the evening with several canvases being sold from the likes of new IPA Scotland chairman Murray Calder, Jim Downie, outgoing IPA director general Hamish Pringle and several others.

The evening, sponsored by Newhaven who also hosted the evening within their Ambulance Station building, next to the agency’s offices in Edinburgh, raised £1,500 for the charity with 70 guests attending.

Millie the Dog from East Lothian was the only canine contributor for the evening too (see final picture), while another piece of work was by Anonymous and was entitled ‘Invitation to Tender...’
