The Sunday Post, owned by DC Thomson, has announced a number of changes within its senior editorial team.

Donald Martin, editor-in-chief at the Sunday newspaper, has appointed Iain Harrison as chief reporter at the newspaper’s Edinburgh office, assisted by Gordon Blackstock as lead report, Alan Shaw as reporter and Kenny Millar as sports reporter. Millar joins from the paper’s Glasgow office.

The Glasgow office will see Bill Gibb take the role of chief reporter and Euan Duguid as lead reporter. Dawn Donaghey also becomes content editor and David Walker is the sports editor.

The Sunday Post has also yet to announce the outcome of the consultation process that it entered in March, with some staff having departed as a result, although none through compulsory redundancy as yet.
