Glass repair brand Autoglass has partnered with Jazz FM to launch a listener advertising challenge to create a new jingle.

The brand, which has long used a memorable jingle within its advertising, has launched a four-week campaign which will challenge listeners o0f the station to help choose a new jazz-infused jingle.

The campaign will be promoted on air, online and across the social networks of both companies, aiming to drive listeners to vote for their favourite jingle with a different jazz variation on the brand’s tune and in doing so they will automatically enter a competition to win a range of prizes.

David Meliveo, marketing director for Autoglass said that the brand was ‘key’ to the success of the business.

“We appreciate and understand our customers’ varying tastes and are excited about this campaign with Jazz FM, in a bid to find the nation’s preferred jazz take on our jingle. By empowering the station’s listeners, we hope they appreciate we truly value their thoughts and opinions and we’ll be delighted to share the results when they’re in!” he added.

Mike Vitti, programme controller at Jazz FM added: “The campaign we are about to launch is a perfect example of how synergy can be achieved between audience, client, radio station. We listen to our audience, Autoglass listen to us; everyone listens to Jazz FM.”
