Nokia calls £90m pitch for smart devices account
Nokia has issued a global request for information to networks as it reviews its global advertising arrangements.
Reports suggest that the pitch relates to its smart devices account, which is currently handled by Wieden & Kennedy and estimated to be worth around £90m.
The pitch coincides with the mobile phone giant’s appointment of roster agency Fallon to the global ad account for its mobile phone range without pitch – again estimated to be worth around £90m.
The company recently restructured, separating its smart devices and mobile phones divisions with ad arrangements accordingly splitting too.
