The Brand Union launches two new offices and appoints international client services director

Branding agency The Brand Union has launched two new offices and appointed its first international client services director.

The agency has formally launched The Brand Union Africa with a new office in Cape Town, building on its established presence in South Africa through its longstanding Johannesburg office. The Brand Union Africa brings together 60 people from a number of businesses including Coley Porter Bell, Fearless Executive and The Brand Union Johannesburg.

A Bangkok office has also been launched off the back of the acquisition of Ogilvy Brands by Design, further enhancing The Brand Union’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region which already includes offices in Bangalore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

Ismael Ibnoulouafi has been appointed to the newly created role of international client services director, based at The Brand Union’s global headquarters in London.

The Brand Union’s Simon Bolton commented on the agency’s growth: “Global business is changing so it’s vital our business evolves to offer the best international service, ensuring we remain the boardroom choice for branding advice.
