New managing director for Clear agency

Clear, the Shrewsbury-based design, digital and marketing agency, has appointed a new managing director.

Gavin Mills, who co-founded Clear with creative director Glyn Davies in 2001, has stepped up from technical director to take on the MD role and oversee the agency's growth ambitions.

He said: "The creation of this new role reflects the growth our business has already undergone and continues to take, ensuring we grow in a strategic and sustainable way."

Clear's team of 11 has produced work for Nike, BT and local clients Pockets and Cooking Marvellous.
