Manchester City Council to create research framework
Manchester City Council is set to tender for its framework to deliver research and intelligence.
The council will establish a Framework to deliver its research and intelligence to support its wider objectives and obtain expert support and advice to meet the needs of Manchester, influencing decision makers and ensuring delivery of a community strategy to maximise the benefit of limited budgets.
The structure of the framework will be split into three lots, one for Primary Research, the second for Appraisals and Evaluation and the third for Intelligence and analysis.
The three-year contract will begin on 1 August with expressions of interest due by 11 May.
A possible contract extension period of 12 months may also be added, with the initial contract starting on 1 August.
