Springetts creates Eggs for Soldiers

Brand design consultants Springetts has created and developed a new free-range eggs brand in a bid to help raise awareness of the Help for Heroes charity.

Wittily named Eggs for Soldiers, 15p from every pack is donated to the charity whilst the box design includes an egg medal icon and a woollen weave image hinting of military uniforms.

Springetts also designed the website for the brand, and agency MD Andy Black said of the project: “We wanted to create a brand that would show support for the sacrifice made by the members of all our armed services. Eggs for Soldiers playfully makes the association in its tone and the product, being a commodity bought regularly, makes it effortless for consumers to show their support.”

The brand was launched by Noble Foods on 4 April.
