The Chase has created a campaign to promote the new D&AD Graduate Academy, which is being launched to help the 50 most talented graduates in the UK break into the creative industry.

When it gets underway in the summer The Graduate Academy will set students an open competition brief that will be judged by a jury of industry professionals.

The top 100 will then be offered a place in a week-long creative boot camp that will teach graduates about their role in a creative organisation.

At the end of the week 50 will be selected and given guaranteed placements at some of the best agencies in the business.

After being briefed by D&AD to create the launch campaign, The Chase enlisted award-winning photographer Paul Thompson to shoot students and graduates from creative courses as though they were 'looking into' the industry.

The portraits feature on large A1 posters sent to universities and a takeover page on the D&AD website, which shows a graduate squashing his face against the screen.
