The Angry Birds bandwagon is continuing to roll with the commercial success of Angry Birds Rio, the latest iteration of the franchise, which has racked up 10m sales in just 10 days.

Themed on the upcoming Fox animation, Rio, the Rovio developed app is based on the shaky premise that the avian head bangers have been birdnapped by a Rio de Janeiro based collector.

The scene thus set the familiar head bashing antics return for another round of catapulting.
