Disney Pixar has moved on from animation to used car sales for its marketing campaign for the upcoming Cars 2.

The faux advertisement features Cars N’ Deals of Emeryville, an apparently retro 1980’s ad which in fact contains many hints as to the content of the upcoming flick.

This sees some subtle animated interludes play in the background alongside some hidden easter eggs, including a URL to an exclusive clip of the movie secreted away within the scenery.

The video’s true meaning is only likely to become apparent upon the full commercial release of Cars 2 however, scheduled for June 24.
