Birds Eye Iglo Group hires Pelham Bell Pottinger
Birds Eye Iglo Group, the European frozen foods business, has appointed Pelham Bell Pottinger to advise on financial and corporate communications.
The group produces, markets and distributes frozen food products across Europe including Birds Eye fish fingers and frozen peas.
It was acquired by Permira Funds from Unilever in November 2006 for €1.8bn and in October 2010 the group acquired Findus Italy to reunite the former Unilever Frozen Food Company.
