Spark creates online promotion for Targus

Spark has created an online sales promotional campaign for Targus, a company which sells laptop cases, bags and accessories.

Customers who buy a Targus case will be invited to play 'Laptop Dash', an online game that test players' reactions as they try to stop their character's laptops from getting hit by flying objects.

Players can win prizes such as laptop speakers and LCD TVs, which they can in turn gamble for a Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Jo Bevan, account director at Spark, said: "We wanted to create a promotion that helped Targus achieve standout and deliver a little fun. We’ve already had a great initial response from the promotion."

The European-wide promotion is now live and will run until the end of August. It is being promoted on packaging and online.

Sales promotion agency Spark is part of Leicester-based Big Communications.
