A project to re-launch cycling proficiency in Scottish schools will be promoted by Smarts.

The PR agency, which works with Cycling Scotland, will work with cyclist Graeme O’Bree (pictured) in order to relaunch the cycling training scheme a Bikeability Scotland.

The newly revamped training scheme will include three levels of cycle training which have been designed to provide children with the road skills to travel independently to school on their bikes.

Lesley Alexander, managing director of Smarts Scotland, explained: “The new Bikeability Scotland cycle training is a fantastic way to give kids the skills and confidence they need to use their bikes to get to school and just to get around. We are delighted to work with Cycling Scotland to create awareness of the new scheme.”
