A site has been developed for Patient Opinion to provide a platform for positive change and help the NHS to improve its services.

Created by Numiko, the Patient Opinion site will provide a new route of feedback from the public, and will also become a valuable source of information for the NHS to review and improve the services that it offers.

The Leeds digital agency ran ‘an exhaustive research and design process; while working with the Patient Opinion team, healthcare professionals and patients to ensure that website is easy to access.

Users who submit their story to the site will also be able to monitor it and see who in the NHS has looked at it and what improvements are being made as a result of their feedback.

David Eccles, managing director of Numiko, commented: “Working on Patient Opinion has been one of the most satisfying projects we’ve worked on - mainly because you can see that it will make real improvements to people’s lives. We’re extremely proud of the work we’ve done and this is just the start for Patient Opinion.”
