Dean Lovett, CEO at McCann Erickson Central, has topped The Drum's Power 100 for the second year in a row, following an extensive poll of the industry.

The Power 100 is a list of the most influential people in the marketing services world outside the M25.

The list is based on an online poll that attracted around 8,000 votes and was used to decide the final rankings.

The criteria was to determine those with the most influence, profile, responsibility, experience and knowledge. And those who control the future of the industry, those that hire and fire, wine and dine and those that are instrumental in attracting client investment to their agency and, more importantly, their region.

Behind Lovett in the Poll is Elmwood's Jonathan Sands. Bray Leino CEO Bruce Hutton sits in third place ahead of DMG's Ben Langdon and Fergus McCallum at TBWA\Manchester.

The rest of the Top 10 consists of Code's Tony Foggett, Fuse8's Nigel Hunter, Mick Style of MEC Manchester, Rod Hyde of Hasgrove and Big Communication's CEO Dylan Bogg.

Today we reveal positions 20 - 1. To see the profiles of those featured on the list (from 100 - 1) go to www.thedrum.com/power100/2011.
