Cogent Elliott makes two senior hirings

Cogent Elliott has appointed Alan Gilmour as director of brand & insight led marketing and Louise Bucknall as its PR specialist.

Gilmour was previously director of insight and marketing for the Identity & Passport Service, having also held senior marketing positions within Heritable Bank and Lloyds TSB.

Bucknall has been a communications consultant for both Lloyds Banking Group and The Department for Children, Schools and Families, also working in PR roles for Taylor Woodrow Plc and Severn Trent Water.
