Porsche have thanked fans of their Facebook Page by putting their names on a specially customised 911 car.

The car is now in the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart and the manufacturer released a video to celebrate the campaign. Porsche's official Facebook Page boasts over 1.3 million users but inevitably, some users were disgruntled to find their names not included on the customised car.

Despite some online moans, Porsche have declared the campaign a success, calling it “the fastest 1,000,000 Facebook fans in automotive history”.

Fans whose monitors are not big enough to read the car can type their names into a search box on the campaign microsite to see if they made the cut.
