Liverpool FC beats football world to mobile store
Liverpool FC claims to have become the first football club in the world to open a fully transactional mobile store.
The site has been created by London-based Snow Valley and stocks the Premier League side's full range of kits and merchandise.
Chris Jennions, internet sales manager at Liverpool FC, said: “It was driven by our fans; we could see that they were visiting the site with their phones and so it made sense to provide them with a really good mobile-optimised shopping experience.”
