Julia Hall has been appointed as trade marketing manager for ExchangeMart.co.uk as it aims to focus on its relationships with its dealers and manufacturers.

Hall joins from Jamie Oliver magazine where she was promotions and circulation manager, has also served as trade marketing manager for Haymarket Consumer Media for over six years.

“Working for such an established and trusted brand as Exchange and Mart is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to the challenges of working in the fast-paced online industry,” said Hall.

“Exchange and Mart has an overall reach of seven million unique users, online and across 180 local and regional newspapers from Newsquest, one of the UK’s largest regional newspaper publishers. This makes it an important and extremely valuable platform for the motor trade to expand its customer base. I will be working with both dealers and manufacturers to help them exploit the opportunities Exchange and Mart offers, as well as develop tailored solutions to meet their sales objectives,” she continued.

“I will also be providing marketing services to our trade sales team, and maximising development opportunities through the motor trade press in order to increase brand visibility and success.”

Debra Healy, digital director of Exchange and Mart, added: “Julia’s drive and experience in sales and marketing make her a valuable addition to the Marketing team. As a results driven professional, she will play a key role in strengthening our proposition for our trade partners.”
