Newcastle agency Mobious has created a series of animated videos for Northern Rock to help first time home buyers.

The 10 videos act as a step-by-step guide to house buying, starting with setting an affordable budget to exchange and completion.

They are running on Northern Rock's website and are also being shown on the bank's YouTube channel.

Iain Gibbons, managing director of Mobious, said: "We have been working with Northern Rock for some time evaluating their social media strategy and online engagement.

"Introducing video into and utilising a YouTube channel allows us to further improve the customer experience by delivering content in a fresh and vibrant way."
