Manifest Communications has taken the street with a life-sized mannequin to get consumers talking about their body hang ups for healthy and beauty store Club Cleo.

The agency claims "hundreds of women across the country" took part in the campaign, which was intended to build a bridge between the client and the consumer.

Nev Ridley, joint managing director at Manifest, said: “Taking PR out of the office and interacting with the client’s target market is crucial when it comes down to measuring the impact of a campaign. Listening and reacting to the needs of the customer are vital for any consumer-facing brand. This can be done online and offline, but a combination of the two is often the most powerful and effective.”

Manifest is also running a social media programme called The Cleo Class which sees the brand adopt "an educational and conversational style" to promote products.
