Saatchi & Saatchi are tasking candidates for its summer scholarship scheme to attract as many Twitter followers and retweets over the next eight weeks.

Candidates will face another three digital challenges before interviews are held in April, with tasks using YouTube, Skype and Facebook lined up to test graduates suitability for a career in advertising. The best 10 graduates will be picked to join the scheme, which starts in July. Five of last years chosen graduates were hired full-time following the scheme.

The challenges will be issued via Saatchi & Saatchi's official Facebook Group, which has over 3,700 members but appears to have been most recently populated with spam posts.

The Drum's graduate section, Work Experience, allows graduates to apply for placements and schemes at listed agencies.
