Contact centre business Response has appointed Ewan McKay as its new marketing manager to drive "ambitious growth" plans.
McKay, who was previously marketing manager for BiP Solutions, will be responsible for ensuring the Response brand is widely recognised in the local community and among potential clients. His role will include the identification of new routes to market, the provision of business development support and responsibility for ensuring a consistent, integrated marketing approach. The 34-year-old joins Response from BiP Solutions, a provider of public sector procurement solutions and previously he worked for Arnold Clark, where he was responsible for the marketing activity of Ford, Volkswagen, Mazda and Toyota.
