Manchester agency Cuckoo Design is to appear on tonight's episode of The One Show in a piece about behaviour in the workplace in light of the Andy Gray and Richard Keys controversy.

Cuckoo's team will help reporter Lucy Siegle get to the bottom of what type of behaviour really isn't acceptable at work following the debate thrown up by the Sky Sports sexism fallout.

“This was undoubtedly an unusual opportunity for us and one we just couldn’t turn down," said Steve Wheatley, Cuckoo's deputy managing director.

"I guess ours is a good example of a modern workplace. These types of issues have the potential to unsettle our harmonious working relationships and we all have to be alert and sensitive to make sure we foster an appropriate, productive environment.”
