MiNetwork signs deal with online HR website

MiNetwork members can now access a cutting edge online HR service at a cut price after Myhrtoolkit signed a deal to help MiNetwork members manage staff more efficiently and effectively.

Myhrtoolkit is an easy-to-use HR management system for businesses and their employees, designed specifically as a low cost solution to streamline HR admin for small and medium-sized businesses, take away the problems that a paper-based HR management system can bring and improve productivity by making your employee management more efficient.

MiNetwork Elite members are now entitled to a 20% discount on the initial Myhrtoolkit set up fee and the monthly subscription cost, while Corporate members are entitled to a 10% discount.

Speaking of the Myhrtoolkit system Richard Draycott, managing director of MiNetwork, said: "MiNetwork and The Drum has used the Myhrtoolkit system for the last two years and it is a very user friendly system that puts many HR functions back into the hands of staff and makes them responsible for managing and tracking their own holidays, sickness absence, appraisals and so on, which means much less confusion. The system is very easy and quick to use and makes the most of the technology available to us to manage staff bmuch more efficiently and effectively.

"The deal we have done with the people behind Myhrtoolkit means that MiNetwork's Elite and Corporate members can now access the service at less cost and run themselves as efficiently as possible."

MiNetwork and Myhrtoolkit will be hitting the road later this year with a number of Employment Law-based events at which the Myhrtoolkit system will be demonstrated. Details of these events will be on the MiNetwork website shortly.
