Family wins contract to promote Springside
Fountain North, a joint venture between Grosvenor, AMA Homes and RBS has appointed the contract for marketing and communications of new Edinburgh urban regeneration project Springside to Family.

The project is the largest to take place for over 50 years and has the aim of breathing new life into the Fountainbridge area, with 600 new homes, shops and facilities based in the eight acre landscape.
Family has been briefed with placing Springside ‘firmly on the Edinburgh map’ and promoting it as ‘a vibrant, cool and desirable’ place to live and work, while also creating an identity and sales tools for residential apartments.
The campaign will roll out for the next five years, with the core proposition of Springside being the catalyst for Fountainbridge becoming a ‘new and desirable’ place to live in the heart of Edinburgh.
Ian Wright, managing director of family, said that the agency’s approach would be revealed in the coming months.
