The Market creates 'Drop & Go' branding for Johnsons

Johnsons Cleaners is hoping to attract time-poor customers with its new 'Drop & Go' branding created by Manchester agency The Market Creative.

Johnsons is trialling the new look, which highlights the time saved by letting someone else do the washing and ironing, in 44 of its stores across the UK.

The laundry chain will use leaflets, point-of-sale and other promotional materials to introduce the Drop & Go service. There will even be a Drop & Go area in-store where the 'Laundry Squad' will serve time-pressed customers.

Sue Benson, managing director at The Market Creative, said: "We began by doing what we enjoy most - we visited stores to watch and talk to customers and staff - leading us to a concept that captured the spirit and innovation required to change shopper behaviour and entice more people to use Johnsons' laundry services.

"The solution delivers brand value and engages shoppers at each point of their journey with the laundry expert."
