If you want to learn the secrets of creating an innovative approach to problem solving you could do no better than talk to Sharon Wright, who's MagnaMole product was the real star of last year's Dragon's Den series. Learn her secrets at the MiNetwork's next Midlands event.

Wright stunned the Dragons with her innovative yet simple building services product MagnaMole, so much so that instead of leaving the Den with the £50,000 she wanted she left with £80,000 of investment to develop her innovative product.

Joining Wright will be Stephen Wise, managing director of Eyeka, a company that works with agencies and brands to build a direct and authentic connection with their consumers through communications, insights generation and co-innovation.

Wright and Wise will be the key speakers at the forthcoming Excellence in Innovation conference taking place in Birmingham during the morning of 16 February.

The conference will focus on how to create and maintain a culture of innovation within your business and among your staff. During the conference delegates will hear from two key leaders in the marketing and creative industries on how to inspire innovation, how to move your business forward with these new ideas and a variety of their own case studies.

Richard Draycott, managing director of MiNetwork, said: "At a time when many agency business offer many of the same services it is essential for any business to thrive to develop an internal culture of innovation throughout all of its management and staff. This event will offer some key insights and tools that attendees can take away with them to use in their own businesses to get staff thinking a little differently.

"Sharon Wright demonstrated that sometimes the most innovative ideas are the simplest and she will share with us her approach to innovative thinking and that will be supported by Stephen Wise, who has developed one of the most innovative marketing companies in the UK with Eyeka."
