BRMB campaign highlights stations 'Made in Birmingham' brand

Birmingham radio station BRMB, part of Orion Media Group, has tasked BJL with developing an outdoor and on-air advertising campaign.

The 48-sheet and ‘mega-six-sheet’ campaign, which begins today, aims to build on BRMB’s new ‘Made in Birmingham’ brand position, also created by the Manchester agency, which was briefed to convey the ‘fun, humour and energy’ of the station’s team.

Jackie Holt, partner at BJL, commented: “Orion has always been confident that its stations should become kings of their own backyard. In a radio media landscape which is becoming increasingly national and networked, being seen to be the local hero gives them true differentiation and relevance to their listeners."
