DFS rumoured to be mulling £91m media account move
Speculation is rising that DFS is reviewing its media buying account, which is currently held by the Leeds office of Brilliant Media.
The furniture company's 2009 media spend was just over £91m, according to The Nielsen Company, so any account move would be seen as a hefty blow.
Doncaster-based DFS spends the bulk of its advertising on press and TV, for which it has traditionally used Yorkshire-based agencies including Uber. It is understood the creative account is unaffected.
DFS was sold to private equity firm Advent International for £500m last spring.
