2012

Yes, I'll say it. I think 2012 is going to be a brilliant year. The day I look forward to most in 2011 is new year's eve. I won't go on. It's going to be a difficult year. No doubt about it. Here's to 2012. Keep your heads down and work hard.

Product Placement

I've got my AdMan head on. It's going to add a new spin on communications planning next year. At least it's now official and we can really start to make a plan product placement as opposed to hit and hope. On the flip of that, as a consumer, product placement is going to really annoy me. But hey, ads pay my bills. So hello product placement, goodbye morals. Growing TJ

Introspective moment here. We're aiming to double the size of the agency in the next 18 months. We'll be growing the management team, bringing some talented people into the agency and giving a talented bunch that are already here a chance to progress. It's great watching your team rise to a challenge and succeed. I'm very proud of our lot. A hard working, lovely bunch of folks that care about our clients and work hard to deliver big results. More of the same please. The latest come back of Britney Spears

I expect one or at least two comebacks by Britney Spears. She's like a caricature of a caricature of herself. Every year I look forward to seeing her give it another go. Why not next year. Go on Britney - hit baby, one last time. The return of 'The Art of Dancing'

If you haven't seen it, you're like the only person... one of our Art Directors can be seen dancing to randomly nominated songs. His most recent effort was a virtual advent calendar, counting down to Christmas doing guerilla dancing in different locations around Bournemouth. Check it out... he's nuts. www.theartofdancing.co.uk. Love it. Mashable.

I look forward to it everyday.
