Cheshire agency driven has unveiled its first TV ad for Carcraft since picking up its £7.5m account. Watch it here.

The 30-second spot seeks to position the dealer as a reassuring voice in the used car market. It shows its 120 point inspection and two-year guarantee as offering peace of mind to drivers.

Graham Drury, a partner at driven, said: "People look for reassurance when buying a used car, yet no brand in the market has really taken ownership of the territory. This campaign is a positive step towards that for Carcraft."

The ad, which breaks on Boxing Day, was directed by Nathan Camponi of Chief TV while post-production was handled at 422 Manchester.

Backing the ad will be a national press and digital campaign booked by Carcraft's retained media agency Mediacom North.

Yesterday The Drum revealed that Carcraft had appointed Manchester agency Smoking Gun to handle a PR campaign.
