Rob Nicol's favourite campaigns of 2010: Interflora

Rob highlights another of his favourite campaigns from 2010, international flower delivery service Interflora's use of social media.

Their social media campaign rewarded those who “shared” in the virtual world with an actual gift in the real world. Within the campaign, Interflora monitors Twitter looking for users who sound like they need cheering up. Interflora responds to the downbeat tweet with a cheery message and an actual bouquet of flowers as a surprise.
