Manchester agency True North has designed a campaign to promote the 'Noise of Art' at the National Portrait Gallery.

The one-off event takes place tonight and will see the London gallery filled with an eclectic mix of music - spanning classical, house, beatboxing and ragas - inspired by the venue and its portraits.

True North's campaign is running in national press, print, online and on London Underground LCD screens.

Creative director Alan Herron said: "Our visual treatment is inspired by graphic equalisers and electronic sound waves which form into a portrait silhouette."
