Library Theatre Company on the move with Vivid
Manchester's Library Theatre Company has unveiled a new campaign created by Vivid as it looks to spread the word about its performances around the city.
The company is on the move because of renovation work at Manchester's Central Library, and it will present productions at The Lowry Theatre in Salford and an Ancoats mill before settling into a new home in the Theatre Royal building by 2015.
Vivid's campaign aims to remind Mancunians that the company, which has been a central player in the city's theatre scene for over half a century, is still very much active but in new surrounds.
The agency's work, dubbed 'Moving Experience', includes posters and branding on trams and taxis throughout the city.
Karl Sanderson, Vivid's creative director, said: “The concept was developed to engage new and existing customers, creating brand loyalty, a legacy and understanding that the Library Theatre still, and always will, create a moving experience whilst on the move.”
