McCann's Manchester launches food and drink drivision

A specialist food and drink marketing division has been launched by McCann Erickson Manchester as the agency looks to build and develop its client base.

McCann Peachy aims to draw on the sector marketing expertise of around 30 members of staff across all areas of the company.

Based at Bonis Hall, the new division will offer insight and innovation with the aim of driving product development, while also leveraging the agency’s health expertise to guide food brands to navigate issues such as obesity and healthy eating.

Sue Little, chief executive of McCann Manchester, commented: “We’ve got people in every area of this business with the experience of working with significant food and drink brands. When we identified this it was clear that they all shared a genuine passion for food and drink.”
