Bourne call on Abica to deliver internet telephone service

Telephony specialists Abica has transformed the communications strategy for digital agency Bourne following installation of their custom designed CommuniCore system.

The service routes calls over the internet to give Bourne executives in Glasgow crystal clear messaging across the Atlantic to their London and New York offices without the need to dial an internal extension number.

Its multi channel functions also allow the integration of mobile voice and data functions.

Dan Kersh, MD at Bourne, said: “Before we went into partnership with Abica, we were using Skype to communicate with the US. While it’s free, the connectivity is really patchy, largely because there are so many people using it.

“The connectivity (on Communicore) is absolutely outstanding.”
